Carmina informed Mom Violy that she would visit her home on Saturday, November 8, 2025. She asked if Mom Violy wanted to go out for lunch and mentioned needing to do some grocery shopping due to an upcoming big storm. Mom Violy suggested trying Crisostomo, a Filipino restaurant inside Robinsons Magnolia. Carmina forwarded the menu for her to choose what she wanted to eat, while Carmina already knew her order. I chose pork barbeque served in a set of three pieces with a vinegar dipping sauce. I skipped rice and opted for lumpiang hubad, fresh lumpia without a wrapper, topped with peanut sauce. Mom Violy initially craved the classic Pinoy paella, but when it wasn’t available, she decided on sinigang na baboy with an extra serving of rice. A family member chose sisig with garlic rice. Finding out New World Makati Hotel was having an anniversary the food inside Cafe 1228 had a promotion.
Tito Boni said sure let's see each other it will be my treat for you.
It is Carmina's first time to dine in eat some international food at Cafe 1228.
Tita Edna had made a reservation upon entering New World Makati Hotel you will pass through security.
Entering the lobby going to the left-hand side is the Cafe 1228 informing the person how many you are giving the name who it is the reservation under.
The person will lead you to the table and you can begin starting off getting your food.
The time frame to get your meal is at two o'clock in the afternoon.
Mom Violy wanted some beef.
