Just in case you haven't registered your sim card. The process is if you have a Globe Postpaid account. I will show you how to do it.
Recently I went to Globe Store and asked the employee how someone having a postpaid account register their sim card.
Just text 8080 on your phone by typing SIMREG
There will be a message replying back to you from 8080.
Prepaid download Globe One
Register and Log In
Type in Globe Cellphone Number
Click on the bottom look for Register your Sim right side.
Type Mobile Number and click Register Sim
Make sure you log out when done with the process.
You're all set with your Globe Register Sim Card.
