Carmina's Experience in Whitening Teeth after One Month and Nine Days

Carmina always admires people who has kept their tooth pearly white.

During our adolescence our parents didn't explain to us we need to brush our teeth and floss it between meals.

Or we just neglected it from our dentist when told to do it.

We get older and matured realizing when we smile it affects others. We become insecure to show our teeth by people judging us.

One moment in Carmina's life I was introduced by someone's childhood friend who is a dentist. Dr. Ligon began looking at the structure of my teeth.

Hey, after years have passed and going through the pandemic. We had no choice to live under house rules to not see our dentist for the time being.

September 19, 2022, taking someone else's slot for their dentist appointment. Carmina had asked Dr. Ligon how she can make her teeth pearly white.

Dr. Ligo informed Carmina we can bleach it. Carmina was kind of unsure thinking of bleach how we make our clothes white.

Carmina asked Dr. Ligon will it affect my teeth to fall out of my mouth knowing bleach is strong on our clothes.

Dr. Ligon said I wouldn't recommend you something bad for you.

Dr. Ligon wanted to make sure I was pushing through without hesitance I said yes.

Dr. Ligon prepared a clay on a tray to place on my mouth to get harden. The structure of my teeth on upper and lower mouth at separate times.

Carmina made another appointment once tray was already prepared for me to use.

September 26, 2022:

Dr. Ligon had suggested for Carmina to get a cleaning before process on my bleaching on my teeth.

Dr. Ligon than showed me the tray and tested out to see if it had fit my mouth both lower and upper.

Dr. Ligon made a guideline by marking with a pencil which ones will be adding bleach gel on my retainer.

Dr. Ligon informed me it will not work if you have fillings, crown and veneers those with an x you won't be putting any Philips Zoom Nice White 22% where it has been marked for my guideline. Those that are in the back won't been seen was told not to put any Philips Zoom Nice White 22% on it. Basically, concentrate on the front of your teeth.

1st Step:

Clean Plate with water using toothbrush

2nd Step:

Put small dot on each tooth by following your guide given to take home. First doing your upper mouth and place inside your mouth.

If there is excess wipe it with cotton ball.

Do same step on lower teeth.

3rd Step:

Leave it in your mouth for 4 hours making sure you have a timer place it on your phone.

4th Step:

Place the Philips Zoom Nice White 22% inside your refrigerator on next time to use bring it out for 30 minutes before using it again.

5th Step:

Remove plate from mouth clean with water and toothbrush make sure gel has all been removed. Place inside the plastic case given by your dentist.

Brush your teeth using Whitening toothpaste and gargle removing excess.

* Repeat same step until completely have finished each tube or until dentist has advised you can stop.

Tips:

Make sure you're using Whitening toothpaste.

1. Prevent eating food with color example coffee, tea and soda.
2. Brush teeth and floss each and every meal.

Carmina's Observation on Whitening Teeth:

Day 1:

Since it was instructed by Dr. Ligon on September 26, 2022, looked easy to do I just like when I was talking sound, I was wearing retainers for braces.

People didn't seem to understand when I spoke.

It was easy for me to go out eating or drinking for 4 hours.

Day 2:

Carmina was worried how to put the Philips Zoom Nice White 22% inside the plastic plate, yet it was easy after looking at yourself in the mirror.

I made sure I'd follow the guidelines Dr. Ligon instructed to me.

I ate a full meal breakfast and lunch brush my teeth on each meal as I was told.

Day 3:

During the process I can feel the tingling feeling when I had the retainers in my mouth it wasn't that painful. It was tolerated able I wasn't sure what was going on in my mouth but taking a picture each day. I can see it was really working.

October 12, 2022, Carmina went to Aking Dentista and Dra. Lala explained that on my upper teeth there has been a drastic changed jumped from 4 color from their chart. It was impressing to hear since it was not expected to change quickly.

After I was told, I am supposed to add more gel to my retainer and my questions how to balance the tooth from the bottom and top.

Dra. Lala marked my guideline explaining to place by circling my clay mold. The ones with a mark X don't need Philips Zoom Nice White 22%.

This time I am supposed to put on my lower teeth to balance out my teeth.

Our saliva in our mouth makes the Philips Zoom Nice White 22% gel go away while staying 4 hours.

Honestly, I wasn't sure how long one Philips Zoom Nice White 22% was supposed to be consumed now I know it should be one week.

I have an ideal on my second Philips Zoom Nice White 22%. 

Progress Before Tube 2 and After Tube 2:

On my second tube on Philips Zoom Nice White 22%. it lasted from October 12, 2022, until October 21st even if I had added more dosage. Yet I was told the structure of my teeth and mouth is like a little kid.

If I had plans during the day, I would be whitening my teeth after my dinner four hours and stay awake before I'd go to sleep. I would make sure I won't be skipping any days for the progress on my teeth.

Carmina messaged Dr. Ligon when she can come in to get her third Philips Zoom Nice White 22% tube which is the final one to use.

October 21, 2022, Carmina went and saw Dr. Ligon and checked my whitening process in my teeth. Dr. Ligon explained even if I was concentrating near my gums there is a tendency it won't turn white since toward the gums becomes a sensitive part. How our roots from our teeth will always be a darker color from our upper to the middle the layer of each tooth will remain pearly white.

It is normal yet the progress of my whitening has approved a great deal.

I had returned my marker on my teeth didn't want to break it as well I've already memorized which teeth, I need to add the Philips Zoom Nice White 22%.

October 22, 2022, I am on my last Philips Zoom Nice White 22%, and I got use to brushing my teeth every meal it became a good habit for me.

I am more concern about what I eat and drink. I was able to sustain myself not drinking any coffee, tea, soda, juice and alcohol.

Finally, on November 8th is my last day the whitening has ended yet with good habits we're able to impress ourselves with others how we smile.

Exciting day has come when you get to see the new transformation from BEFORE and AFTER photo. That began one month and 13 days after progress you've stuck by eating the right food.

Looking at my photo, I took when I saw Mary Ann just to see me smile can see a big difference. You may also notice I've lost some weight as well where you can read what food I ate during the process on my next article.

Why did Carmina used her photo with Mary Ann? Mary Ann idolizes Carmina and, in the future, she would also consider to whitening her teeth.
