A friend saw my post in basil seed beverage that I took while visiting California . I decided to search online to see whether they do carry that beverage. Carmina was able to find it in TikTok sold for 85.00 pesos per bottle. Amari Trading Ph also sell it online at Shopee Philippines after finding out about it later. The flavors available are lychee , strawberry, mango and pineapple. I decided to try the other flavors all product is made from Vietnam . Best follow the instructions placing in the refrigerator however if cannot wait to drink it can also add some ice in a glass. Make sure shake it before pouring into your glass. NOT SPONSORED. Every time you visit the branches of Hi Precision Diagnostics it is required to fill up the Patient Registration Slip before entering inside.
Proceed to Window #3 the Releasing given instructions to go to Reception wait for the number to be called by seating down looking at the television screen.
Proceed to what window number giving the form and present your identification card with payment of cash of PHP 950.00 and up.
If you're a senior/PWD present it giving you a discount.
For the drug test will be given a form to fill up and wait at the same place making sure the number appears at the television screen proceed to get your blood test, urine, stool and chest x-ray.
For those who don't feel comfortable to give their stool can come back and make sure giving only 30 minutes between you have place in the container bringing it back.
For us we had to come back because it was a holiday and cut off on how many they allow physical exam.
Make sure you arrive in the morning when they open at 6:30 AM and fill up the Patient Registration Slip and line up at the entrance of the door.
Those who have parents or guardian are told to seat at the back waiting for whom you're accompany during the visit.
In a piece of paper, they will give you a password and check Online Results and will be sent to your company, school and etc. for your records.
