Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I said sure giving me something my viewers would be able capture the inside a museum. Carmina's best friend went to pick her up and was told no filming while we're together. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. Upon reaching Golden Gate Park Carmina held back filming when said to my best friend Mom Violy would like to see what is inside De Young Museum . Carmina went to check what the requirements while taking to the employee at the table.
Too bad Carmina didn't have any identification with her yet she approached Mom Violy if she would like to apply for one. Mom Violy had identification to turn in to present to them.
Carmina asked for an application from Mom Violy to fill up at the table and chair. There wasn't that many people inside giving a quick time to finish it.
After ten minutes you'll given back your application form with papers given to you the Philippine Identification System Card will be mail to your mailing address given to them.
