Carmina's Cure without Smug on Her Eyes


Carmina puts on eyeliner in her eyes however when we wear our face mask for a long time. Our eyeliner begins to smug in our eyes and we may look like a raccoon. People might be thinking you've been crying when in reality you've been sweating inside your face mask.

Carmina wanted to find a solution for her eyeliner.

Carmina saw that Avon her favorite make up brand in the Philippines has a new product Avon True Power Stay 16 Eyeliner.

Carmina had no luck because all the Avon Representative or Sellers in Shopee Philippines informed the item is out of stock.

Carmina checked to see if she can use a brow pencil for your eyeliner and it says it is possible just the texture is different.

Carmina saw Avon Power Stay Brow Definer 16 Hour in Carbon Black for PHP 149.99 ($2.66).

Carmina was able to test it out by wearing the Avon Power Stay Brow Definer 16 Hour in Carbon Black and over lap with Avon True Glimmerstick eyeliner blackest black from 8:30 AM until 7:30 PM.

It is true it doesn't smug stay in place even if the weather is raining and wearing a face mask the whole time.
