Later, the server called my dad's name and guided us to our table. The place was bustling with people enjoying meals and celebrating Mother's Day. On our first visit to Isla Grand, I was captivated by the décor, noticing many native items that gave the place a fancy yet authentic Filipino feel. Carmina has tried ube before in the Philippines. Although never saw it with organic coffee and wanted to check on why it is a new item in Teaspoon in Hayward, California.
My tip is informing how much ice you want and sugar level we didn't have a chance to tell the person who had taken our order since it was our first time at Teaspoon.
I was surprised after finishing my drink how much ice was placed in my Dirty Ube.
Overall, the Dirty Ube was very good just too much ice to really enjoy it being super cold. It was great to try it with Organic Coffee with Organic Coconut Milk something refreshing to drink on a busy afternoon.
Joanie had the Silky Strawberry and felt it was too sweet needed to add water to drain it down a bit.
