They mistakenly brought out the Paella Valenciana , despite Mom Violy repeating the order three times to the person who took it. It turned out the cook on duty made the error, even though it was written down clearly. We know Paella Negra takes a long time to prepare, which is why Mom Violy had requested it to be cooked beforehand. She wanted it as her main meal, but because of the mix-up and feeling hungry, she took a piece of Carmina’s Turkey Club Sandwich and asked for the bacon on the side. Mom Violy didn't know some restaurants have used the same name of Lugaw Republic where it can serve the same food yet taste differently with another price range.
Mom Violy was looking for a stall that caters to lugaw and tokwa at baboy that serves to people who cannot pay so much although the flavor of the food makes anyone like Mom Violy return back for more for their food.
Mom Violy wanted to have it for takeout where she brought her own plastic containers to prevent leakage.
Carmina was able to capture a short video of Mom Violy making her purchase where she got annoyed by me. 🤣😂
