We can remind our friends what they need to do the next day although it is up to our friends if they follow up on themselves. We don't hold their time they need to decide whether they want to do it or not.
Carmina has friends who asked them to remind them what to do with their life being over whelmed in their daily life.
They need an alarm to remind them what priorities they need to make time.
Sometimes you have friends you remind but they sorry they couldn't go toward doing what they promise they would do for themselves.
Carmina feel there is no pressure because it is not for her own well being it is for their friends.
Carmina see it she doesn't hold on to the time with her friend's schedule and if it is not something they see that is important for them to do. It is up to them because reality it has nothing to do on behalf of your friend's priority.
You were only asked to remind them what they wanted you to message them before they wake up the next day on their list.
Carmina tells her friends you don't need to apologize it is you who hold your time and what you feel is important it is up to you.
It was just a courteously message relying upon you being asked to be reminded for what needs to be done that day.
