Carmina's Memorial Weekend Year 2017 at Mendocino and Fort Bragg, California

Carmina was in town to visit her family and friends in the United States. Every year Carmina enjoyed exploring to places where she has never been or places her family and friends shared photos on their social media.

Carmina has a best friend from high school who she had kept in touch even living in the Philippines for so many years.

Tips:

The time I went to Mendocino and Fort Bragg is during the month of May it is still cold which I was advised by my friend to bring a thick jacket, sweater or sweat shirt that you can layer with your other clothes.

It is best to wear sneakers when you plan to go in this type of outing where nature is involved.

Of course bring a camera and make sure you take a selfie monopod to those who prefer taking their own photos on the mobile phone.

The best way to catch up with your friends is to have a short getaway where you both pay each expense in half.

The drive from our destination took three hours to reach Mendocino, California.

Carmina's best friend had booked at Glass Beach Inn on May 28, 2017 located at 726 N Main Street, Fort Bragg, California, United States.

We had shared one room staying at the Dana Campbell where we get to pretend we are managing our own boat.

Breakfast is served in the morning with a fixed meal for everyone staying at the Glass Beach Inn.

Staying at a B&B (Bed & Breakfast) you get to experience someone else's home with a smile when you enter their home. You feel at home giving you suggestions what to do and explore the nature.

It is best to drive and park at the parking lot located at the Glass Beach which is known in Mendocino, Fort Brag you won't miss it when you see all the pebbles on the ground.

You will also come across seamen who have gone in to catch some interesting stuff off shore walking around with their fishing poles.

Otherwise you will see a lot of families and children walking around playing with each other. Or you will see someone trying to go fishing with their dog just like what you see at my back with my photo.

Places to eat if you're craving for pizza is at Round Table sorry my friend doesn't want to recognize who she is why Carmina place a sticker on her face.

Driving around you will see a small town with shops, church and places to walk around in the neighborhood.

First you will be able to capture the beauty of Mendocino from the photos Carmina took with her selfie monopod.

Here is a short video clip a mistake Carmina made she forgot to unplug her cord from her selfie monopod on her audio jack to be able to hear my voice talking. Well I guess we learn from our own mistakes after our vacation is over.

Glass Beach is located at Fort Bragg, California in the United States.

Heading home back to our home was an opportunity to take photos of the trees, roads and nature that leaves us behind with memories we can always look back when we want too.

Carmina and her friend had enjoyed the bonding of nature during our Memorial Weekend that is a popular three day holiday where you can find places to visit.

It is best to book your area where you plan to stay ahead of time to prevent paying a higher rate when the peak season comes.

You may look into the Official Website to check what their protocol is since it has been five years since Carmina last visited Mendocino and Fort Bragg, California.
