Just find Yabu House of Katsu , and outside there’s a walk-up counter where you can line up and order your ice cream. Two weeks ago, Manang V was getting stress telling Carmina that the water dispenser's cover looks old and dirty. By appearance it doesn't attract anyone and every day you see it getting a glass of water. You get frustrated on how dirty it looks.
