Whatever we plan for ourselves sometimes it doesn't come exactly what you expect.
Carmina had discussed with her friends to talk about their own wellness.
We had expected to be released on the month of November pushed toward to December.
In everything you've planned stuck out not moving forward due to your friends having lack of motivation in doing their own wellness or busy with their life.
In our life we had planned turn around a point where we realize people revolving around us are completely different to those who keep up with their wellness.
Carmina has learned to be patient and let it come when your friends decide upon themselves to make a step forward.
Carmina was able to change the way she look by making changes in the right wardrobe that put curves in her body.
Carmina has found the perfect exercise due in time realized what or how you look can change a perspective way how you see yourself in the mirror.
We can have people compliment how we look each day.
You can be the one to judge on yourself when it is time to maintain the weight your in and manage what type of exercise is right for you.
No one can control and tell you've neglected the way you looked just because they feel you need to change by someone else.
You don't need to prove to anyone how you dress, how you look in reality does it even matter.
We are not trying to impress these people.
We are trying to make ourselves comfortable to be able to walk around and be who we really are.
Carmina realize life without expectations and life that doesn't come the way you want it too.

Carmina found a new topic to talk about we start thinking the new normal life where we can go out of our homes. Yet we still need to consider our safety by wearing a face mask and follow our protocol in our country we live.
