You begin losing the pounds from 58 kilos (127 pounds) able to manage staying at 55 kilos (121 pounds) is a big accomplishment.
How does Carmina's Wellness motivate herself?
Keep obeying rules you have in your head routine you've done three months ago.
Keep focus to lose the actual ideal weight and soon the inches on your waist will slow get smaller.
Carmina's waistline at 58 kilos was size 8 (29-32 inches) in US Size. Currently I can fit in a size 4 (26-29) inches and 6 (27-30 inches) in US Size depending on brand of clothing you have in your closet for jeans.
You realize your body figure is changing when you're working on your abdominals.
Carmina notice her house slippers size 8 that are custom made in the Philippines is falling off her feet. Carmina went back on her original size 7. You will notice your feet are shrinking from head to toe a lot will change during our process of our wellness.
Carmina use to complain why her custom made facial mask are too tight thinking they have shrunk. Without our knowledge our face gets chubby after taking few photo of yourself but going back in place to a size Medium makes a big difference the way you look.
Carmina doesn't reward herself with food. Carmina rewards herself by buying new set of clothing to wear.
No more baggy shirts to hide your tummy fats soon you'll be able to wear straight fit shirts that everyone keeps telling you to wear.
Carmina was able to buy herself some leggings to show out her figure. A friend suggested purchasing Lululemon full legging drift. Carmina was able to purchase some online buying two different sizes just in case one doesn't fit. Carmina wasn't sure if they were originals being a price difference from the Lululemon Stores.
Otherwise it works well when you are doing your cardio at home makes you sweat in area where you're wearing it.
