Carmina wasn't sure if the weighing scale she had was telling the truth. She bought new batteries to make sure what she saw after one month being serious in her wellness.

From starting on 121 pounds on the month of August 14, 2021 by adding new exercises on the month of September made Carmina realize it was a task to work harder.

Carmina was able to find a video that she loved the kind of music playing and the person who had instructed her to work longer on a daily routine.

Carmina was no longer getting tired she wanted to add additional to her fitness giving her a chance to explore.

From Carmina's experience now weighing 113 pounds is shocking to lose 8 pounds. Even if she felt she was eating more she was still able to balance her weight.

Carmina is not taking any credits to Burpee Girl. Carmina is just following what is shown on the video:
