Crab Fried Rice Recipe

Carmina had leftover imitation crab used for the  lazy sushi  over the weekend. Having friends over tend to have leftover food best to make something out of it for the following week. Carmina used her leftover white rice and imitation crab to make fried rice. Crab Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients: 3 Cups - Day Old Rice Half Kilo - Imitation Crab or fresh crab  2 - Eggs (beaten season with black pepper) 1 Tbsp. - Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp. - Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce Garlic Powder (based on your taste) Cooking Oil Cooking: Use a medium size cooking pot place on the stove top on low heat add the cooking oil and eggs mix it until it becomes scramble egg. Add the rice mix together once rice is separated add the imitation crab mix together. Start adding the oyster sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder. Try the crab rice and see if it based on your taste. Carmina has friends who are the same age bracket, but a different lifestyle.

I know it is bad to compare people to give you an example based on my friends.

Carmina friends always tell her you eat healthy food from what I grew up.

Carmina's friends tell her they loved eating fatty food. Not eating fatty food example pork skin from fried pork chop or skin from a chicken is really delicious.

Carmina grew up from her teens seeing her dad going through high cholesterol. Carmina was able to remove the skin from her chicken.

Carmina never liked the taste of fats from pork chop nor does she eat bacon that have a lot of fat in it.

Carmina's friend said her food is boring no thrill in life.

Hey it turned out well after being healthy I have no health issues.

For you guys you have medical conditions.

You are high blood, high cholesterol, and diabetic or need to take medication which is lifetime.

You have to take that medication no matter what and you say I live my life eating boring food.

It pays to play safe with being healthy. There is a lot of food out there for example you can eat a plant based burger still taste the same.

You can eat sweet potato fries if you wanted too or opt and not eat it at all.

You can drink water rather going toward flavored sparkling water.

Sorry don't like the taste of sparkling water taste like medicine to me. I have friends who love it. 

I have friends who drink diet soda to me it has an after taste. I'd rather drink something else.

You can say I am a picky person from based on what my taste buds tell me. The way I would analyze before putting food in my mouth.

Carmina's friends went down the line in eating healthy food. Nothing drastic from eating organic and plant based food. It will take time for them to go down that road.

I have friends who have stopped drinking alcohol. They sleep better their lifestyle has changed for the better.

They can hold off their alcohol without feeling pressure when friends asked them to drink.

Carmina has friends who also stopped smoking realizes it is best for their health and people living next to them.

It is never late to start eating healthy no matter how old you are. You can still train yourself to put wellness in your daily routine.
