Carmina's Wellness - Being Serious
Three months ago Carmina became serious in her exercise.
Carmina began seeing progress in her tummy slowly forming up.
The month of September when she was able to go outside to do Mom's Violy Adventure it was great to be able to wear your favorite jeans being a size 6 in USA size.
The house shirts I was wearing began slipping away on my shoulders with the proper meal plans. You become cautious on what food to eat.
Carmina stop eating a snack before you reach for dinner time. Carmina decided to exercise during those hours.
Even someone would come by your room give you some snacks to eat you've learned to pass it up and say no.
You no longer feel guilty to accept what food being offered.
Carmina found out Becky and her friends in another country are also going to same situation losing the weight at the same age bracket.
Where we feel age really doesn't matter what age you start to exercise and eat healthy.
One day Carmina will be able to introduce you what type of exercise Becky does compared to what type I am doing.
