Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Most of my photos were from the pandemic period, a time when I could fully express myself and write about the food I enjoyed. Let's take a trip down memory lane with Carmina th...

Ways of seniors to Water their Garden by Themselves

Due to my mom being a senior citizen and having no assistance when she is doing her gardening in her terrace. I asked my mom does she want to use a watering kettle to water her plants rather than going back and forth getting water in her home.

My mom has no access of using a hose due she is living in a condominium.

I asked my mom what she has been using to water her plants. My mom said she just goes back and forth using a tabu (large cup).

I went ahead and started giving my options how she doesn't need to go repeat enter her home and going to her terrace to get water.

My mom had two choices to either use a watering kettle or bucket that had a lid to leave in her terrace.

I realize my mom is old and she won't be able to carry a heavy amount of water to bring back and forth. If my mom had a bucket to put her water and leave it in her terrace it seems easier to do it this way.

I was able to find a seller to get the needs of my mom for her gardening that she loves to do during her pandemic. The size was just right for her age to be not carrying a heavy load of water away to prevent her returning back and forth to her home.

I was able to find a seller from Online Shopee Philippines who was selling something my mom had in mind to make everything easier on her behalf from Lucas Houseware Collection for PHP 99.00 ($1.98) small Kendi bucket with lid color red not including shipping and handling.

We've decided to pick a color bucket a way to see it right away.

You reach a certain age your eye sight begin to change and to make it readable in the eyes of the senior citizen is to have a color they can identify what is in front of them.

Note:

I am not selling Kendal bucket or advertising for Lucas Houseware Collection just needed it for my mom's gardening needs.
