When the longing for authentic Pinoy dishes strikes in the U.S., Isla Grand stands ready to transport your taste buds back to the Philippines.

Carmina is traveling to the United States to spend time with her family. My dad planned a family gathering for Mother's Day at their favorite Pinoy restaurant . Since reservations aren’t possible, we arrived an hour early to ensure we could get a table for twelve before everyone else showed up. As my dad approached Isla Grand , the branch we visited in Pleasant Hills, California , the host at the door said they could prepare a table for twelve at five o'clock. Later, the server called my dad's name and guided us to our table. The place was bustling with people enjoying meals and celebrating Mother's Day. On our first visit to Isla Grand, I was captivated by the décor, noticing many native items that gave the place a fancy yet authentic Filipino feel. Challenge Yourself in Google Maps

Challenge yourself to another direction is what I have been doing add new photos at Google Maps to keep myself busy.

I've decided to share my photos from restaurants that I was able to take pictures during my visit.

You live at home and getting bored to keep yourself preoccupied you turn around to continue to be an eye opening to others to look, discover and share is what I love to do.

Recently I have continue posting my photo there are a lot of people who have viewed it less than four days when I had contributed my photos.

I've also had owners comment that they are temporary closed due to covid-19.

I've had people ask questions about the restaurant if they are open due to covid-19.

People who haven't eaten there but would like too after they have seen the photos you've posted.

If I can help the restaurant earn an income from photos I've post it is a stepping stone to lead them an income.

Carmina has pushed herself in helping others no for me to earn an income from it but to help those who you don't know just the thought of how they are trying to earn ends meat to who knows who they have to support and pay their bills.

We know everyone is having a difficult time by living the way we do.

It is only temporary one day in our life we can go back to another direction in our life.

Note:

I am not selling or advertising to earn an income from it just my way to help other people in a different way.

Tip:

Anyone can post in Google Maps it is free to use and post what you've eaten or traveled in where you've experience through photos and video.

Subscribe @Facebook Carmina Lifestyle a place to look, discover and share among your family and friends.

Thank you.
