Anyone in the family starts craving food when they hear about what someone else has recently eaten. In every household we like to prepare our ingredients ahead of time before we cook for the whole week to make everything easier on Manang V.
One day I saw Manang V was chopping garlic she was having a difficult time.
I asked Manang V why doesn't she use a food processor.
Manang V said the food processor is already broken.
I asked why she never said anything. Most people don't want to tell their employer that certain items are broken they fear a person will lecture them not taking care of items in the kitchen.
