It is time to think of taking care of yourself as you have been taking care of people around you and sometimes you feel that you have helped so many people end up feeling you are taken for granted.

It is great to know to have friends who tell you upfront what can be changed from your appearance in the beginning it can hurt your feeling when you don't expect there is a flaw in you that you haven't recognized from your own self.
Who know if this person is right and if you hear from your other friends it doesn't hurt to try to impress your own self.
Everyone goes to that stage in our life when it is time to change our hair color we are use too having black hair people who think you're a Japanese doll with a pale complexion.
