I bought my mom some organic soil recently for her to start planting in her home to keep herself busy.
My mom place the organic soil in her new pot and place water inside this is how it began to form into a soup based.
My mom called me up telling me if I wanted a new recipe for Manang V to cook and showed me a picture the water from the organic soil doesn’t want to go down.
In order to add her vegetable seedling my mom is worried that it will drown inside she started to get stress from it worried how her soup base soil will absorb with the soil my mom had transferred the soil to another planting pot having to poke it.
My mom felt she was already cooking something in her balcony of her home so do you want some soil soup for lunch today it is yummy good for past Halloween.
To fix the issue with the seller who I had bought online I had informed them what had happened with a picture included to determine how much water should be place when using their product.
This gives a form of the seller letting them know it is best to give a sort of instructions on their product in case they come across from someone new who decide to purchase from them in the future the seller had acknowledge my suggestion to them to improve their action on the product they are selling even if other customer have never encounter this experience at least they have a sort of an ideal how to change the packaging of their organic soil.
We all learn from our mistakes and for everyone who takes your suggestion to the next level begin to appreciate you in being honest we are not asking for our money back just to help improve the seller who I had purchase.
