Puto bumbong lovers, your favorite holiday treat just got a Wendy’s glow-up—ready for a twist on tradition?

It’s payday, the perfect time to treat ourselves, especially with the ever-changing weather in the Philippines. For fans of traditional Pinoy desserts , there’s now a new twist to enjoy your puto bumbong . Carmina ordered’  Wendy's Philippines ’ latest offering—the Putobumbong Frosty —available in two sizes: 6oz for 87.85 pesos ($1.49) or a tub for 125.35 pesos ($2.12).  She opted for the tub, skipping the smaller size entirely. The classic puto bumbong, made from purple sticky rice with grated cheese and latik sauce , gets an upgrade in Wendy’s version, which adds leche flan , rice crispies, and creamy vanilla frosty. A sweet treat perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Carmina preferred it served separately, as the puto bumbong is hard and chewy to eat. I guess I’m just used to having it without ice cream. That’s just my preference—others might enjoy it as it is. NOT SPONSORED. Check out my channel where you can find my videos at  Carmina Lifestyle YouTube Channel ...

Talking to Senior's

I have been receiving calls from my mom's best friends who are a senior citizen and telling me if I can hear them clearly as they tell me stories their children are telling them they need to start wearing a earing aid.

My adopted mom said why do I need to wear a earing aid when I call you I can hear you clearly and heck I don't want something hanging in my ear the more people know I have aged.

I was teasing my adopted mom people will not think your old because the hip thing now us younger people are wearing ear buds in our ears to listen to music so either way does it look like I am old too.

We had both laughed and my adopted mom either way I don't want something hanging inside my ears how irritated it will be to have something stuck inside.

Just last week I had received a new earbuds I had ordered online Manang V asked me what is that so expensive. I had informed Manang V it is earbuds to distract myself from the noise in the house. I asked Manang V do you also want one for your ears so you can hear us but for you it is hearing aid since you have told me several times you cannot hear us.

Manang V said my budget is PHP 150.00 ($3.00) I said if you buy something that price it will be broken when you use it once and there is no hearing aid for that price range.

Manang V said than I would rather hold off on the hearing aid and let you talk a little louder or go close to you when you speak.

I remember one Grandmother told me when you reach my age you will know how it is so right now you can laugh at me and I will laugh up there in heaven when you reach my age.
