It's Time to Plan Your Retirement

There will be a time in your life when you feel you want to return back where you use to live when you we're once young I have known some seniors who had migrated from California and decided to invest on a property in the Philippines a second home they can come back too when they plan to retire or a vacation home to fall back into other than renting a hotel room during their vacation.

Sometimes it also goes vice versa but otherwise most people want to stay in a place where the weather is a little bit cooler than dealing with the tropical climate and most people end up investing their money in a townhouse or a ranch type of home when they know when they reach a certain age it will be difficult to use the staircase or body will no longer functions as when we're once young.

Most people like living in a condominium just for safety reasons being secured by security guards but the disadvantages is that you deal with the tenants above you in case the owner is renting their units and it becomes a hassle when you're the type who are sensitive to noise.

You need to pay monthly associates fees on top of your other expenses such has electricity, cable, internet, landline phone number and water everyone feels there are advantages and disadvantages there are people who cannot afford to buy a house that is located in a gated community.

There are people who chose to live in a townhouse it is little cramp depends how the developer has made it and sometimes the rooms are so small not something you are not use too I have seen some townhouses in the past just for some curiosity and the stairs are very narrow it can also be tiring when you reach an age when you get tired easily.

The benefits why retired people prefer to live in the Philippines because you can pay extra help in your home live like a king and queen to do your daily chores and have someone drive for you.

Whatever value your money is in a different country you will be able to save and survive in the Philippines.

People my age begin to think our retirement for our future and if I had to choose I'd live in the Philippines but travel back and forth to California to visit my family and friends. I know if I'd live in California a lot have changed as well family and close friends have their own separate lives they are too busy to hang out to spend time with you it is only great when you are just visiting for a short time the treatment begins to change and those people want to live back to a normal life without having visitors in their homes.

I know that feeling as well when we have guest come over I am the same way but I don't complain I just keep being myself to entertain the guest until they fly back to their country. I am their tour guide from shopping, personal with medical or dental needs I am there to schedule their appointment and accompany them during the time of their visits, facial treatments or beauty parlor, bring them around to tour around the Philippines and entertain them when we are staying at home so no matter where you're guest is your always with them.

I believe in return good things will come back to you and it is true so no matter what good things you do to others something greater happens to you.
