Do you ever feel your plate is full and you're crying for help?

Do you ever believe a certain person unexpected can just show up and be there for you during your worse moment in your life?

Recently I have friends who have told me fate has brought us back together even if you have been friends with them for a very long time and some reason you have disappear from your friendship when you don't expect it that person you we're once so close too comes back into your life unexpected.

Do you believe in having a guardian angel? 

I don't mean a person who has died a person who is still alive but comes to you unannounced not knowing that person will be able to guide you to the right direction to change your life where you need someone to lean upon toward the plate becomes too full that you don't know how to begin to change your life around.

Do you have friends who never answer your emails?

I have friends who don't answer my email right away I feel they have a good reason not to respond right away. My friend told me if she doesn't respond to my emails right away she feels I would leave her sight.

I understand she may have more things to do in our life but doesn't mean anything our friendship will always be there and when you feel you need a person to talk too I can always be there for you. 

I can find a solution to communicate with you even if you have no social media account there is always a way to find a solution in every problem we can both work it out for you.

Do you ever feel the situation has brought you closer to someone else you least expected?

I can tell you yes it has happened to me during our pandemic we end up finding new connections to our friends we have lost in touch is either they find us or we find them the best part you're now there for them and we can both lean on to each other with whatever problems they have on their own plate.

I have no problem with my plate and during our life every plate occur during our time and since we have been there before we know how to manage to support your friends who are going through it and we can push them up while they are feeling down.

The best words you can give your friends is tell them what good points you see in them and what list they need to make in order to make their life better for themselves.

Let them figure out what makes them happy and content with their life. The supportive words gives your friends courage when they are feeling low always make sure they don't do anything bad to themselves.

Let them hear you love and miss them it gives them an virtual embrace you really mean it and they too will slowly turn into you for help and trust you more than anyone else.
