I set my limits on my snacks as much
as possible but when you can find an alternative by eating potato chips why not
that is the benefit living in the Philippines you can order anything and still

life we need to do something we enjoy even if it means to be lockdown for a
very long time.
My motive we should still enjoy what we love to eat and not deprive ourselves even when you are earning an income. I have a lot of friends who say you need to enjoy your food because when you have a sickness the food you use to love has been something you need to remove to adjust to your health condition.
To me I am one of the lucky ones at my age I have no medical conditions may be the way I eat and the way I have started in an early age to me I have accustom myself to eat healthy and it has always motivated myself as I see other people who are either younger or older than me who are struggling to take medication.
