Tired of the new rules, Carmina closed her Google Maps account — what pushed her over the edge?

It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. Students have been doing online courses at home and it may take longer than expected until the school of education decides upon whether how long they will allow each and every student, teacher and in the school to be working off from their own home.

In order to have good internet services we need to decide how much we are willing to afford to have access for faster internet in our home.

Currently I have two internet carrier in my home one for personal and the other one for business purpose for all I know the rate everyone staying at home the internet is not as fast as it should be.

Steps to Apply for Internet Service in the Philippines:

Whichever carrier you plan to register for comes with an application to fill up online and to give them a copy of your identification to show proof you are the person under the name given as well a proof of billing of a statement that you can provide to them.

Each carrier has different procedure in order for you to be approved and once each step is done with the approval of your application, payment and installation you will begin to have the internet you want in your area.

Service people will come to your home to do a onetime installation in your home with a modem you can chose to buy your own router or buy through your internet carrier it is all upon you.
