Family was informed by their friends to try  Blackbird at the Nielson Tower  and asked Mom Violy if she has ever been there before. Mom Violy had no clue what it was asked Carmina to look it up and see what kind of food they serve.  Carmina gave the phone number to Mom Violy make a reservation for a family lunch. On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. We decided to stay in the lobby, where we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. Carmina took videos inside and learned about the history by talking to the staff. One hour later, people started coming into the restaurant and took their seats at the reservation table, browsing the menu to decide what to order. Motivate, Inspire and Achieve



As we have stayed home we come across to notice weight we have gained or weight we have lost but what we notice are fats starting to hang around our body.

To remove those unwanted fats is to exercise, eat a balance healthy meal along to be mentally ready to do it your own pace.

We are not in a race or need to be in a hurry those who are new to this will put a big adjustment on your time schedule.

You will find exercise online that what seem to be easier for you to do on what you feel comfortable and what I have notice most exercise are the same just the pattern how you do what first.

This change is for the better as we start to age our body will start to function differently we may look young but our body has begun to aged. We tend to get tired more and this is from lack of being active in the way we live each day.

In order to change how your body has performed is to start less exercise but to go to the pace you feel you can manage to add more minutes to your exercise.

Everyone needs to be inspired, motivated to get where we feel we have achieved the way we want to look and keep focus on what changes we want for ourselves.

If, you have watched over being sheltered at home you will come across celebrities who share their life and experiences on what they eat and exercise to stay fit.

You come across some people who are not famous to share their secrets and exercise because they have the will power to do to improve their health and be fit just like anyone else.

They may not have a body like a model but they are still trying to look the best as like anyone want to look to lose the fat on their belly.

Anyone can stay fit and who they want to become as long you are ready and prepare to work stay fit and be motivated to reach the goal you want to achieve.

This has motivate, inspired and to achieve me to at least try for myself to do something different for a change to keep trying on my own by watching videos online that I feel I can do it too.

Each morning I wake up and I feel energetic to try and exercise until I feel I have sweated enough and feel I can no longer do anymore. You will notice your body will begin to hurt that is a normal feeling and you can feel you are getting better at your exercise as you contunue to do it daily.
