Michelle and Jack had a difficult adjusting with each other being separated since they both got attached living with one another.
It was a time for them to get back in track of reality if their long distance relationship would work out for them.
As months has passed and Michelle went back to work as she is a freelance physical therapist she had to find new clients since she was gone for three months she wasn't sure if she would have an employer to hire her again.

Michelle was devastated with the news she came to the point she felt she was killing herself she had cried and kept crying as tears kept flowing down her face.

Michelle never in her life felt her heart was broken apart and she loved Jack so much that it took over to get over him.
Michelle had no appetite to eat and she kept calling Jack to give his reasons why he did it and why he had promised he would marry her.
Michelle went to drinking alcohol thinking it would solve her soar but became worse because it became a bad habit and she drank every night to remove the pain she was feeling.
Michelle began posting stuff in her social media because she wanted to see Jack what she was feeling and what he has done to her.
Break Up:
- The boyfriend never really love you only use you when
he doesn't care for you when you are no longer in a relationship with him
his appearance goes back when you have first met him.
- He doesn’t care for you and he would cheat more behind
your back so it would be better if you find someone else and move on with
your life.
Recognize Your Mistakes:
- People start blaming other people than blaming
themselves when they are into deep in thinking what kind of relationship
they are involved with someone.
- We need to stop ourselves and see we are doing the same
pattern in our past relationship but sometimes when you are used to doing
it you can't stop yourself making the same mistakes.
Accepting:
- We hold on to someone we realize we are only
suffocating ourselves to believe there is something there to hold on too
when really it is just in our heads we are fogged up with thinking there
is something to hold on when actually the love you have for that person no
longer exist.
- The only thing that exists is the imagination that
flows in your brain to make you think there is something there.
