Family was informed by their friends to try Blackbird at the Nielson Tower and asked Mom Violy if she has ever been there before. Mom Violy had no clue what it was asked Carmina to look it up and see what kind of food they serve. Carmina gave the phone number to Mom Violy make a reservation for a family lunch. On the day of the reservation, we arrived early and were allowed to enter before the official opening time of eleven o’clock in the morning. We decided to stay in the lobby, where we were asked if we wanted anything to drink. Carmina took videos inside and learned about the history by talking to the staff. One hour later, people started coming into the restaurant and took their seats at the reservation table, browsing the menu to decide what to order. This is my mom's favorite restaurant in Summer Palace in Edsa Shangri-la Hotel that she
loves to celebrate her birthday with family and close friends.
Summer Palace Restaurant:
We have this thing among our
friends we take turn treating each other out for our birthday and this way from
our gratitude among our close friends or what they call BFF for best friends
forever even if you are a female or male it goes into saying you’re always
thought of even if we don't see each other often even if we don't hear each
other we know everyone is in our thoughts and prayers.
As we look at our past pictures
and coming birthday to come and if our birthday is being affected from the
virus there is a way to just celebrate not the date of your actual birthday, but
you can always postpone it on another date when the best time comes in mind.
Friendship doesn't expire it
just keeps going as long as you are willing to be there for each other.
Birthday is a blessing but
doesn't need to celebrate on your actual birthday but can be celebrate on
a different date or month.
If, you feel your birthday was on the month of March or coming
soon don’t worry you can always celebrate it on a different date and month.
No need to be disappointed there is always another way to
celebrate it at home or do video call with your friends this way you will not
feel so lonely during your special day.
