Crab Fried Rice Recipe

Carmina had leftover imitation crab used for the  lazy sushi  over the weekend. Having friends over tend to have leftover food best to make something out of it for the following week. Carmina used her leftover white rice and imitation crab to make fried rice. Crab Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients: 3 Cups - Day Old Rice Half Kilo - Imitation Crab or fresh crab  2 - Eggs (beaten season with black pepper) 1 Tbsp. - Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp. - Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce Garlic Powder (based on your taste) Cooking Oil Cooking: Use a medium size cooking pot place on the stove top on low heat add the cooking oil and eggs mix it until it becomes scramble egg. Add the rice mix together once rice is separated add the imitation crab mix together. Start adding the oyster sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder. Try the crab rice and see if it based on your taste. I have been eating salad and I wish they had a Sweet Tomato Branch like in California where you can eat a salad, but have other main dish meals along with your food.

There is no place like here in the Philippines that are so healthy like back home.

The most places you will find in the Philippines are buffet restaurant from the healthy and unhealthy or salad places that just serve just a salad bar.

Nothing compares to what you have in California just base on where you now live.

I have found a place called, Salad stop is a place you can create your own salad and decide what you want to put on your own meal the healthy way. You can choose either a salad bowl or on a tortilla of your choice.

Anything is possible in salad stop.

Or you can choose from their menu suggested salad if you don't feel like creating your own salad.


You can choose to visit their branch or have it delivered at your home by using Grab Food Express on your phone by downloading the application.

I decided to just order online through my phone while traffic and gasoline to pay it is so easy if you just by using Grab Food Express the best part they let you know there status and who will deliver the food at your home.

I had ordered their Signature Salad Go Geisha that has the following ingredients:
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Red & White Cabbage
  • Tofu
  • Soba Noodles
  • Asparagus
  • Carrots
  • Snow Peas
  • Edamame
  • Cucumber 
  • Sweet Corn
  • Sesame Seed

You can message the person as there will be an automated message coming to your screen on your phone.

Honestly, their serving is big and you can eat it more than once. I was able to share it with Manang V who also likes eating salad like me.

I had added ripe avocado to my salad and you can add something to it as well.
