After doing some shopping our stomach got hungry and Uncle Ando said he will bring us to a Vietnamese restaurant he normally has a meal. Upon entering inside Pho an Hoa Vietnamese Noodle House the person asked how many we are said three asking to pick where we wanted to seat down. Handed us the menu. Mom Violy was craving for soup. Uncle Ando said too hot to eat when it is already hot outside. Uncle Ando had ordered #103 and the meal looked very big to consume. Uncle Ando had taken the remaining home for his dinner. Carmina had ordered the grilled shrimp includes with rice, salad and soup. Mom Violy requested for iced coffee ordered Ca Phe Sua Da. Carmina ordered Lychee the juice have an option to have it as a smoothie. Everyone had enjoyed their meal it is really authentic Vietnamese food. NOT SPONSORED. You
will notice we love to eat out and still don't get fat when we eat is what all
our friends always ask us how do you stay the way you look and still be able to
eat any where when you travel.
The
secret is eating enough but minimize how much you eat when you’re at the
restaurant.
It
is alright to eat a lot just need to balance what you eat when you dine in a
buffet restaurant.
You
will not run out of food when you eat at an all you can eat there is enough
food for everyone.
I
remember when I use to go to a buffet restaurant with a relative who wasn't use
to this type of restaurant his plate was full thinking the restaurant would run
out of food. He only had one plate not thinking you can change your plate every
time.
As
we explained to our relative who was new at it he then understood the concept
eating at a buffet.
As
you have master eating at the buffet what your family love to eat at you learn
how to eat proper way
My
mom wanted to eat seafood all you can eat the crab legs are fresh and they serve
Chinese and Japanese food.
