Crab Fried Rice Recipe

Carmina had leftover imitation crab used for the  lazy sushi  over the weekend. Having friends over tend to have leftover food best to make something out of it for the following week. Carmina used her leftover white rice and imitation crab to make fried rice. Crab Fried Rice Recipe Ingredients: 3 Cups - Day Old Rice Half Kilo - Imitation Crab or fresh crab  2 - Eggs (beaten season with black pepper) 1 Tbsp. - Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp. - Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce Garlic Powder (based on your taste) Cooking Oil Cooking: Use a medium size cooking pot place on the stove top on low heat add the cooking oil and eggs mix it until it becomes scramble egg. Add the rice mix together once rice is separated add the imitation crab mix together. Start adding the oyster sauce, soy sauce and garlic powder. Try the crab rice and see if it based on your taste. How many names do you have?

I have so many nicknames other than my real name.

I have an Aunt who calls me Ching Ching every since I was a little girl.

I have a relative here in the Philippines she cannot pronounce CH she calls me Jinky which is not my name at all. I’ve told her several times that is not my name, but she has a hard time pronouncing CH and adds a J instead. I stop explaining it to her and just respond to Jinky as she calls me.

My in-law’s calls me Chinks.

My cousin calls me Carmen.

My best friend calls me Carmie.

No one knows I am Carmina only people who don’t know my nickname. When a package arrives under Carmina they wonder who is Carmina.

When you have kids of your own you become their Mom a sign of respect.

To everyone outside the home people think I am the foreigner or in tagalog balikbayan (guest) because I don't look familiar when they see me.

When you start dating when you’re young your boyfriends would call you a pet name to get their attention.

Talking about nicknames I have nicknames for the employee in the house. We have an employee when he gets drunk you can’t seem to understand him when you talks. He starts talking Chinese in tagalog we call him is Intsik.😄

I have a sister in-law and brother in-law who likes to inspect what their Father eats because he is on a strict diet and sometimes he doesn’t obey what food he need to eat. We call them SPI. What does SPI mean? It means Special Police Inspection.

When they come to the house my father in-law hid all his food and evidence so they don’t see what he has been eating.

I call my mother in-law Security Guard. Why do I call her security guard because she walks around with her hands on her waist and inspect the employee what they are doing.

When my mother in-law lectures her employee I call her the priest and I tease the employee to bring their rosary and bible for their meeting.

We all laughed at each other.

I call our sales representative and secretary in the house Nanny (Mother) and Anak (Child). The sales representative is the Aunt of the secretary and she is picky with her food like a kid.

I also have Garfield in the house they like to look in the refrigerator often when I am asleep.

They call my youngest son Americano because he only speaks mostly English to them and they can’t seem to understand when he talks to fast for them to understand.

We have an employee who we call owl because he was born with eye that looks like he has been punch in the eye. I tease him he only comes out at night.

We have a relative that looks like Mr. Bean.

We have some employee that are the favorite of my mother in-law I tease them they are the adopted kids.

No one minds us giving them all nicknames.
