What made Mom Violy step out of her comfort zone and try Las Flores for lunch?

Mom Violy wanted to try Spanish food from  Las Flores  at Robinsons Magnolia . I remembered long time ago saw a family friend when my family was visiting beginning of the year. Mom Violy couldn't remember decided to have our lunch. Carmina decided to try out their Let's Do Lunch for 595.00 pesos ($10.26). Carmina asked for vegetable soup and Bikini sandwich which is ham and mozzarella cheese with potato chips. There is an unlimited calamansi but decided to pay additional for a Coke to share with Mom Violy. Mom Violy wasn't sure what she wanted ended up eating Gambas al Ajillo and white rice. In the beginning Mom Violy thought if she ate her gambas al Ajillo with just unlimited bread from the Las Flores she won't get full. It turned out she didn't eat that much of her rice. Mom Violy also ate my vegetable soup thinking she won't like the taste. Carmina always eats vegetable soup and just wanted something light for a meal. I didn't finish my bikini san...

Difference From Any Other Country

Summer in the Philippines is almost starting and people are planning their vacation even if we still have the coronavirus.

Us Filipino love to travel when we have a chance too and travel with families, friends or meet a new friend there are always a lot of opportunity for someone like us to travel within our reach.

Living in the Philippines even if you earn less of the value of any other country, we still have time to travel even if it means not leaving our country.

We can travel just few hours to visit a new destination just to take a break from the real world we sometimes plan ahead or sometimes it is just last minute.

No matter what we have time to explore rather than always working hard and staying at the office. Some people even bring their work as they still enjoy the beach scenery.

There is a difference from the life in the United States and the Philippines we are carefree people and you will notice people living in the United States they come home and go to sleep and wake up the next day to go to work. Where in the Philippines we go to work, hang out with our family or friends and then go home.

Or what they say, in Tagalog gimmick meaning hanging outside with friends in terms of language is barkada (friends) it doesn’t necessary mean hanging at a bar but just hanging out at a restaurant to get a bite to eat before the night has ended.

This way is how Filipino relaxes and unwinds them from stress that occurs from their work.

Every day is almost a day without stress, but of course there are people who cannot travel and do things like other people holding off responsibility for their household their kind of relaxation is watching television, playing video games on their phone or eating comfort food made by someone at home.

There are people who not only have one job they have a second job to fulfill to pay off their monthly bills when I was in Sydney, Australia most people told me they have two workloads. They said, they need it to pay off their bills and sometimes their full-time job cannot supplement other excess expenses.

I think that is everywhere everyone needs money to pay off their monthly dues and this way having a second job gives them extra cash on hand when needed.

People have told me their business has been affected due to the coronavirus and they are striving to earn money from the losses they have encounter of the business being slow.

I feel this year there are so many bad things happening to other people it is something we gain from having the lost of someone dying or anything that has happened by an accident. No matter what these people get affected from their losses.

They need to put their life in order to strive and to survive to live again even if they are burden of their loss but in any situation, everyone has to pick themselves up to start over again.
