Since last year, Mom Violy and Carmina had been wanting to try the much-talked-about Bebang's Halo-Halo , but even when we passed by, the timing was never right. Mom Violy kept saying she’d wait until a branch opened closer to us. Then Becky told Carmina there was one along her commute route to work. The best part was that the Tomas Morato branch in Quezon City had just opened. When we arrived at CTTM Square , we found plenty of restaurants on the second floor. While checking the menu, we let the customers behind us order first. Mom Violy asked them for recommendations, and they suggested the Presidential for first timers. Unlike other places, Bebang’s Halo-Halo doesn’t have size options—everything comes in a standard size, making ordering easier. Seniors and PWDs get a discount per order, and you’re given something that lights up when your halo-halo is ready for pickup. Service was quick, so the wait wasn’t long at all. Each order comes in its own green plastic bag with a table...
Staying in InterContinental was a good experience everything was all walking distance and it is not hard remembering where you need to go and come back to the hotel.
I had test my mom to see if she would remember herself going back to our room as we kept going out and returning.

Funny Story:
In every situation you run into a funny story that comes by when I always travel with my mom and she doesn't mind me telling the whole world. No one is really perfect so I would like to share my laughter with you.
We had transferred to another room because my mom complains that there is a bad smell in the room.
We had been transferred to another room with a bell boy who's Filipino.
My mom and the bell boy are talking to each other and all a sudden an Australia man holding a tray with bowl of fruits approach my mom telling her it is for her.
Mom said, how much is the fruit?
Australian man said, it is a complimentary.
Mom said, why?
Bell Boy - It is a complimentary he said, in Tagalog in their language they both speak.
Mom - She understood after the bell boy explained it in Tagalog.

All I can say you can trust living in Sydney, Australia there was a moment when my mom was eating her dinner at Cafe Opera inside InterContinental and she was busy chatting with her friend on her phone.
When she was leaving the table to pay her bill she went to her room.
My mom realizes her phone was missing.
She told me maybe she left it at the restaurant that was the last time she had used it.
She kept rushing me to leave the room feeling her phone is gone for good.
I went to Cafe Opera Restaurant and the man at the counter smile at me and handed the phone.
I said, thank you to the man.
Snacks I found that I wish in some places it had carried in other countries. I had checked online they do carry Bundaberg in other flavors, but not Pineapple & Coconut. I found out they also carry Rootbeer my old time favorite soda for 1 Pack that has four bottles for the price of PHP 300.00 ($6.00) plus shipping cost of PHP 45.00 ($0.90).
