- 5 1/2 Tsp - Salt
- 2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp MSG
- 1 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup Chopped Singkamas
- 1 Cup Fresh Shelled Shrimp
- 1/4 Cup Thinly sliced green onions leaves
- 5 Pounds of Ground Meat of your choice
- Lumpia Wrapper
Step 1:
- Combine everything and mix together
- Roll it in the lumpia wrapper
- Fry the shrimp lumpia
Step 2:
- Dipping sauce is either Ketchup or Sweet Chili Sauce
