Carmina was shopping with Mom Violy at Robinsons Magnolia when she unexpectedly spotted onion rings while passing the freezer section. She remembered Becky mentioning them a few days ago, so she decided to grab a package since it was only around two hundred pesos. Carmina was putting away her groceries placing in the freezer began to read the package of Maestro Chicken Onion Rings later realized made a big mistake. I guess we learn something new when being preoccupied during our grocery shopping. The next day came decided to fry some chicken onion rings and found out they actually taste good dipping it with barbecue sauce.  Those who have family member and within a budget can purchase  Maestro Food Philippines  products check their Facebook see what other products they sell. How Many Hours of Sleep Do We Really Need?

Long days never end when there are so many things going on with your life. You don’t know how far your day will take when you only see the clock it is already late and you’re too tired to reply back to a message you have read.

You just send them a short message and your mind is so tired you have message the wrong words or doesn’t make any sense.

To your friends they understand when you’re all caught up and your mind is drifted to hit the sack after a long day of work.

You no longer tell them what a day you had to give time for your friend to rest up themselves to go to bed.

You don’t want to tell them all the drama that has been going on your life.

You just keep it to yourself.

Everyone has a long day from work or at home no matter where the location it takes place we need time for our body to get well rested for the next day.

How much sleep does a person need?
  • Newborn – 16 to 20 hours per day
  • Age 1 to 4 years old – 11 to 12 hours per day
  • Age 5 and up – 9 hours per day
  • Adult - 8 hours per day

Most people I know who are adults only sleep 6 hours per day they say sleeping and taking naps are good for your heart.

How do you put yourself to back to sleep in the middle of the night when someone ends up waking you up or you’re taking a pee break?

I learn not to check my message on my phone or else I would stay online and keep replying all my messages.

Try drinking warm milk
Play offline games
Read a book
Everyone is all different and other things works for them and other don’t. I remember our parents told us to count sheep.
