Filipino Paksiw na Lechon Kawali Recipe


After you just had a big celebration and you have left over lechon most Filipino used the leftover by making Paksiw na Lechon Kawali.

 Paksiw na Lechon Kawali Recipe:

 Ingredients:
  • 2 Cans Liverwurst
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Cup White Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Whole Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
Cooking Instructions:

Step 1:
  • In a pot add cooking oil add all the ingredients together.
  • Mix well
  • Cook
