After a long day of errands in Fremont, Carmina's dad found himself yearning for the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, igniting a culinary adventure that would tantalize his taste buds.

After doing errands with the family my dad wanted to eat Vietnamese food in the area of Fremont . My dad brought us to  Pho Lan Noodles House  for our lunch. We all decided to eat one of our favorite Vietnamese dishes. We had ordered some appetizers fried wanton and fried chicken with fish sauce . My dad had ordered Lemongrass chicken include with rice and salad in his meal but was already full when he had eaten his wife's meal. She had ordered the Chicken Banh Mi and chicken clear soup. I wanted to try their Pork Banh Mi sandwich and requested no jalapeno pepper on it. The sandwich is quite big had to slice it in the middle and the remaining was for takeout. The filling of the pork was a lot of serving soft and tender had a lot of flavoring. The bread was also soft even if it was toasted. Family members had ordered the Garlic Chow Mein with Shrimp . New Year's Celebration

New Year is just around the corner as we begin preparing ourselves to a brighter year. We have remove some of our baggage in our back and made a list what we what to expect from the year to come.

As we start to begin our new life and new people we will meet as we plan a new travel agenda in our life.

We begin to realize the things we have accomplished and the things we want to make it better.

Sometimes you miss your family and friends and you wish they can come and visit you.

Too bad they cannot enter inside your Facebook messenger and just enter inside just like in the movie.

Too bad we can’t use a time machine and wouldn’t that be so cool.

I know it is not possible you need fly to see your family and friends who lives faraway that you can’t drive to see them.

Sometimes in life when you are in need the people who are willing to help you are the people who are not related to you.

Sometimes in our life we are not close to our family members or they live so far away from you.
The people who end up helping you are perfectly strangers who end up being your new family.

Sometimes we drift apart from our family for personal disagreement and whatever the reason are you realize you can always live without them.

Even if they say blood is thicker than water sometimes it is not always true. It all depends on the situation you are really in.

I wish everyone for a better year for those who had a challenging year of  2019. I hope you achieve all your goals in the next coming year of 2020.
