While traveling around the world, the family visited the Philippines and decided to combine a double birthday dinner with James. Carmina registered it under Mom Violy's name and phone number. She received an email for our confirmation, and a week beforehand, a reminder was sent to Mom Violy's mobile to confirm if we were going ahead or not. Carmina replied to the SMS since Mom Violy wasn’t sure how to do it. We were told to arrive fifteen minutes before our scheduled entry time, which was 5:30 p.m. on February 12, 2026. This is an easy Korean eggplant salad that you can cook in your home just like eating in a Korean Restaurant.
It can be a side dish and cooked with your other Korean dishes we all see in a K-drama show.
Easy Korean Eggplant Salad
Ingredient:- 350g Eggplant
- 1 Tbsp - Green onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp - Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tsp - Sesame seeds
- 1 Tsp - Vinegar (optional)
Step 1:
- Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise
- Steam for 10 minutes or until eggplant are cooked
- Take it and allow it to cool
- Cut into 4 - 5 pieces
- Add all ingredients to the eggplant and mix thoroughly
- Ready to serve in a serving bowl.
