Carmina was on vacation on the month of June visiting California. Carmina has a best friend who wanted to bring me out to explore only difference she is not into the social media. It was difficult to explain why needed to film places we went together. Carmina's best friend asked if she would like to visit a museum in San Francisco. I was sad and wanted to film places making it a memory. This is an easy Korean eggplant salad that you can cook in your home just like eating in a Korean Restaurant.
It can be a side dish and cooked with your other Korean dishes we all see in a K-drama show.
Easy Korean Eggplant Salad
Ingredient:- 350g Eggplant
- 1 Tbsp - Green onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp - Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 Tsp - Sesame seeds
- 1 Tsp - Vinegar (optional)
Step 1:
- Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise
- Steam for 10 minutes or until eggplant are cooked
- Take it and allow it to cool
- Cut into 4 - 5 pieces
- Add all ingredients to the eggplant and mix thoroughly
- Ready to serve in a serving bowl.
