Two days ago I was talking to my friend and she had mentioned to me she woke up having a dream. In her dream she was a successful lawyer and when she woke up she felt her current job had no challenge to push her forward in looking into her work daily. Do you think it is too late to go back to college when you’re in the half of a century? Does anyone you know have place themselves to school at an old age? My friend felt she wanted to go back to school even if she had counted how many years it would take when she would graduate. Sometimes in our life we choose a major that we’re unsure what type we wanted and only went based on who we’re dating during our college years. We never consider or look ahead to see what we’re actually good at when we’re young. Or who knows we had parents who had meddle in our own career choices saying you’re not good at that field. Either way we reach a turning point in our career where there is no challenge and direction to go forward. ...

Carmina's mom was craving pizza and asked her daughter to buy some from their favorite place before the pandemic—Pizza Hut in the Philippines. Carmina enjoys pizza but prefers it without cheese on the crust. Over the phone, Carmina's mom debated which flavor to choose. After going through the options, she decided on the Supreme pizza with beef, pepperoni, pork, mushrooms, and onions for PHP 365.00, adding a large size with a cheese-stuffed crust for an additional PHP 374.00. Carmina's mom requested less tomato sauce, as she struggles with acidity, and no onions. With added costs for the Grab driver and a tip, her mom almost backed out but finally decided to proceed with the order. Interestingly, Carmina doesn’t eat cheese-stuffed crust, and since the narrator is lactose intolerant, they also avoid it. When dining at Pizza Hut with her mom, Carmina gives her crust to her mom to enjoy. To find out where  https://www.pizzahut.com.ph/home  is located in your area is to click at...

Carmina was doing some grocery shopping for her mom at S&R Philippines having to order something wasn't enough to be delivered to my home. You will need to purchase one thousand pesos enough to have the groceries to be delivered to your home with additional fees by having someone else shop for you. Carmina decided to shop to add on to her cart and found her favorite Cheez-It crackers instead of the regular cheese flavor. I found something new that I haven't tried before and being cheddar ranch made me add to my cart. Ranch dressing has always been my favorite on my salad. I figure why not try it for myself for PHP 249.00 ($4.98) 255g. The content inside the bag may not be much although when you pour it out it can fit a medium plastic container. How does it taste? Actually it tastes a cracker with cheddar with ranch not too strong pretty mild for a cracker which is the best part from it. It can be addicting to eat need to stop yourself to let it last a bit longer for the wee...

Carmina's mom was craving for her brown sugar taho having food sent to her today through the driver. Not bad for a cold drink of Aloha Fruit Tea for PHP 147.00 ($2.94) you can decided whether how much sugar level you want on your drink from 100%, 75% and 50%. Carmina's mom is asking to purchase her muffin that came from the United States. All her mom can remember is that Carmina gave her some muffin from a set of variety that she had ordered from S&R a month ago. Carmina gave the ones that she knew her mom would want to eat since she loves chocolate. She gave two pieces of chocolate muffin to her. One month later Carmina's mom said can you look for those muffins you gave me before. Carmina wasn't sure what the name of the chocolate muffin was called since she gave two different type of chocolate that came from variety set from S&R. Of course my mom couldn't remember how it looked only remember how it had taste. Just to gamble on what was available at S&R Philippines Carmina went ahead and order two sets of the Double Chocolate Muffin made in the US. You can say my mom is spoiled and when duty calls you're mom is requesting for food you go ahead to start looking for it. You wonder how can she finish everything...

My first attempt was to purchase food from my grocery list for my mom and I. I always make sure to include my mom's grocery a way to bring it to her when I do visit here. Due to the pandemic we need to be there for our parents and my way is asking what she need ahead of time but of course we come around when you're mom is saying she doesn't need anything later realize she is missing some ingredients in her home. While I am adding my groceries to The Market Place in my cart I was able to find Oogies Popcorn made from Denver, Colorado located in the United States. I have never tried or seen Oogies Popcorn before in the store and decided to add some flavors to my cart. Oogies Popcorn Spicynacho Cheddar PHP 220.00 ($4.40) 4.25 oz. Oogies Popcorn Wisconsin Cheddar PHP 220.00 ($4.40) 4.25  oz. To find...

Before Carmina was heading to visit her mom she decided to bring some breakfast over to her mom just in case. The first reaction to my mom was three questions: What breakfast did you bring? What is inside the the breakfast wrap? Where did you buy it? My mom's reply was I don't like that even if she hasn't even tried the breakfast wrap. Carmina went to the kitchen place the breakfast wrap on a plate, slice the breakfast wrap in the middle and warm it in the microwave. Carmina place the breakfast wrap on the table in front of her mom in her dining table. Carmina went back to the kitchen to get some water for her mom to drink and glasses. Carmina had returned back at the table her mom was already holding one piece of the breakfast wrap saying it is good just spicy on the salsa. Carmina had shared the Iced Berry Latte with her mom and refused in the beginning. After my mom was able to try it she said it taste really good and being cold she liked it the most due to being hot i...

It says there is a Limited Time Offer El Coco Melon has the following ingredients shredded melon, watermelon, nata de coco, tapioca, sweetened milk and buko melon ice cream for PHP 130.00 ($2.60). Dunkin Donuts doesn't only make donuts but they also have breakfast sandwiches for those who don't feel like eating something sweet. Long time ago my mom was the one who introduce me to the Ham & Cheese Croissant when we use to go shopping picking me up early in the morning. We would have our breakfast at Dunkin' Donuts. My mom had informed me her cousin Tita Pera had introduce her to the Ham & Cheese Croissant every time they went out to accompany her cousin to do some errands. Too bad Tita Pera is in heaven and when we eat the Ham & Cheese Croissant it reminds my mom of her cousin who passed away years ago. Ham & Cheese Croissant is just a basic sandwich for PHP 85.00 ($1.70). I had ordered Passion Fruit Tea, but the branch I had placed my order said it wasn't available and went ahead to try their Mango Fruit Tea that had some pearl inside with mango flavor inside.   Do you remember Bazooka Bubble Gum? Growing up in California I remember we loved having Bazooka Bubble Gum and we had always looked forward to read the cartoon script that was inside the wrapper. We always had parents who always tell us not to swallow your gum or else something would happen to our stomach. I remember I had friends who would swallow their Bazooka Bubble Gum and nothing really happened to them. Although we have people who don't throw it away in the proper place they spit it out in the public area having bubble gum in your shoes or worse is stuck on your own hair. Otherwise chewing Bazooka Bubble Gum was a favorite of mine and brought back my childhood memories we use the white wrapper in our pocket when we're done we can place the Bazooka Bubble Gum inside and throw it away in the trash can. Carmina was able to find Bazooka Bubble Gum from  Captain's Candy  Online Shopee Philippines for PHP 79.00 ($1.78) for six pieces that has been repacked not including...

During my food ventures a seller asked if there was a specific childhood snack I was aiming that I haven't found. I had mentioned my favorite Pepperidge Farm Milano Mint Cookies. Three months later Captain's Candy had informed me they have Pepperidge Farm Milano Mint Cookies available. The first thing I asked if they had a way to prevent the chocolate to get melted during the process being handed over to the courier before it would reach to me. Due it is summer in the Philippines I don't want to have my cookies melted. I was informed  Captain's Candy  Online Shopee Philippines will place it in a insulation and put it in a cardboard box to prevent melting. I went ahead and finalize my order to see what else the seller had available in stock to make one transaction. I had placed my order on May 18, 2021. It was shipped out on May 19, 2021. I had received my Pepperidge Farm Milano Mint Cookies on May 20, 2021 and it wasn't even melted. It proves that Captain's Ca...
