  How do you eat your sausage? Today I am eating something made of plant based a sausage that is meat free from San Miguel Food the product called Veega made in the Philippines. After taking a bite on the plant based sausage you will taste the smoky flavor and spices inside being soft from the texture just like an ordinary sausage you will not know it is healthy by looking at it. I asked Manang V, Ike and Rodelo to try it and see if they notice anything different from it the color looks the same you can mistake it being a chicken hotdog. They said it taste good.
