Over the weekend I have been venturing trying different vegetarian meals outside and somehow, I will need to make my meals at home.
If you're not able to eat any meat and seafood only solution is to add vegetable broth in your home cooked meals.
I asked one of my friends who eats healthy meals at her home cooked what kind of broth does she cook in her vegetable soup. My friend informed me she uses vegetable broth that is premade purchased in the grocery store.
I live in the Philippines based in the United States. I will need to purchase mine online not at the grocery store.
Nature's Harvest Online Shopee Philippines sell Massel Vegetable Stock Cubes made from Australia for 119.00 pesos ($2.16) for ten pieces.
Carmina was able to expand by making a new dish with the vegetable broth.
It was a success with the ingredients added to my tomato cheddar cheese potato noodle soup.
