Carmina planned to visit the newly opened Ikea at Trinoma on All Souls' Day , a Philippine holiday , thinking the mall would be less crowded. She didn’t invite Mom Violy, knowing she doesn’t enjoy going to Trinoma . While talking to Mom Violy on the phone, Carmina mentioned she was heading to Trinoma on Saturday, November 1, and invited her to come along, though she reminded her that she doesn’t like walking around that area. Mom Violy said she couldn’t recall ever visiting Trinoma, mentioning how aging parents tend to forget places they've been to. She expressed a craving for steak for lunch, so Carmina began searching for restaurants in Trinoma and sent her links to choose from. Over the weekend I have been venturing trying different vegetarian meals outside and somehow, I will need to make my meals at home.
If you're not able to eat any meat and seafood only solution is to add vegetable broth in your home cooked meals.
I asked one of my friends who eats healthy meals at her home cooked what kind of broth does she cook in her vegetable soup. My friend informed me she uses vegetable broth that is premade purchased in the grocery store.
I live in the Philippines based in the United States. I will need to purchase mine online not at the grocery store.
