It’s been months since Carmina last posted on her Google Maps. I started doing it just for fun, exploring new places to dine and travel, and sharing those spots with others. Back in 2017, I wasn’t even blogging yet. Over the years, I received numerous email updates about changes, but in September, the removal of followers on Google Maps felt particularly strange. There’s no point in complaining about it. I decided not to close my account, as it wasn’t an option, but I did delete all the photos I had contributed over the years. I have fond memories of seeing which photos were popular and had hoped to share them with you. It was surprising to see how many views my pictures had accumulated. While deleting them, I noticed that many restaurants and bakeries no longer exist, with some marked as unknown on the map. We don't want to waste fresh broccoli purchased two weeks ago at Farmers Market.
Carmina is taking over in the kitchen cooking Easy Broccoli Carbonara Pasta.
Manang V questioned Carmina are you sure you don't need meat to add to the carbonara. Yes, we can use vegetables.
Manang V left Carmina in the kitchen while she was busy playing bingo with her co-worker.
Easy Broccoli Carbonara Pasta Ingredients:
- Any type of pasta
- 2 Pieces Nestle Cream
- 1 Big Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Knorr Pork Cube
- 1 Cup Cheese (any kind)
- 1 - Head of Broccoli (slice florets)
- Food Processor
- Small Pot
- Medium Pot
- Strainer
Preparing Process of Easy Broccoli Carbonara Pasta Recipe:
- Start off boiling water from stove top with water using two separate pots one for the pasta noodles and the other one for the broccoli.
- Slice up the florets off the main stem set aside on a plate.
Cooking:
- Cook pasta by adding little amount of cooking oil and follow instructions on the package.
- Water begins to boil add broccoli cook it half cooked, strain water and place in food processor until it is minced.
- Place aside the broccoli.
- Pasta noodles is fully cooking strain it and set aside.
- Using small medium size pot add Nestle Cream, Evaporated Milk, Knorr Pork Cubes and Cheese until everything has been dissolved cooking in low heat.
- Add cooked pasta mix together
- Add broccoli mix together and ready to serve on a serving plate
Can store in a plastic Tupperware placing it inside the fridge before it has cooled off.
Manang V said, oh it is like how they make pizza without any meat. Manang V had her share said it was yummy eating it for her lunch.
