If you haven't heard from someone only means they have kept themselves offline and they may have a plateful to do on their daily lives.

Being locked up in our homes gives us time to catch up with our medical needs and doing errands to prepare ourselves for an upcoming trip.

You come from hearing from your friends when you go outside why you didn’t take me along.

Sometimes you want to be alone when you're outside giving free will not to entertain other people who are with you.
