Have you ever seen a decoration your parents kept, carrying it with them from another country or a previous marriage? Carmina realized that parents often hold onto items they've purchased in the past. While browsing Greenhill's shopping center, she stepped into  Mystic Gems by Bensani and saw so many nostalgic items that reminded her of growing up.  I pointed out to Mom Violy that she had a similar crystal tree decoration at home. She said it was forty years old and already dirty. The saleslady explained it could be cleaned easily with soap and water. Carmina decided to take Mom Violy home and bring the crystal tree decoration with her. Manang V's Avocado Ice Candy Recipe


Manang V had informed Carmina yesterday that a family member had requested to make homemade ice candy.

Manang V use to make ice candy with her daughter's. Manang V will share her recipe with us.

Manang V's Avocado Ice Candy Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large - Ripe Avocado
  • 8 Tbsp. - Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup - Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Cup - Water
  • Blender
  • Small Funnel
  • Ice Candy Plastic

Step 1:

Next morning Carmina went to the kitchen in the morning seeing Manang V starting the process of removing the large avocado and placing it in a medium size bowl.


  • Add evaporated milk and brown sugar


Carmina was Manang V's assistance using the blender to make it smooth.

  • Add water




Step 2:

Pour small amount in a small cup by using a funnel inside the ice candy plastic and slowly pour it in.

Tie it afterwards make sure you don't fill it up to the top enough room to tie it up.

Tip:

Make sure there is no bubbles inside.

Step 3:

Place in freezer in a plastic container later you'll be able to eat your avocado ice candy.
