  Those who have visited Japan know how much they can miss Hokkaido ice cream . But you don’t need to fly to Japan to enjoy it—there’s a spot in Greenhill's , in the new GH area extension , where you can get it. Just find Yabu House of Katsu , and outside there’s a walk-up counter where you can line up and order your ice cream. The prices are reasonable for the chocolate crumble sundae is 150.00 pesos ($2.54). Carmina had ordered the Kuromitsu Boba Sundae for 170.00 pesos ($2.88). Everyone enjoyed their ice cream, with no long wait since it’s prepared right away. The Hokkaido ice cream isn’t too sweet, making you want more every time you shop at Greenhill’s Shopping Center. Puffy's Souffle Pancake Cafe



Puffy's Soufflé Pancake Café isn't just for breakfast; their pancakes can be enjoyed anytime. In the past, we mostly saw flat pancakes, but as times change, there are now creative ways to make pancakes, like adding toppings and making them fluffy. Carmina tried Puffy's Soufflé Pancake Café for the first time by ordering through the Grab Food app, a popular choice for food delivery during the pandemic. She noticed they offered a Milk Tea Soufflé Pancake and decided to try it for herself, priced at PHP 140.00 ($2.80).


We also tried the Original Soufflé Pancake for PHP 140.00 ($2.80) and the Crème Brulee Soufflé Pancake for PHP 140.00 ($2.80), offering a chance to enjoy different flavors.

Carmina's Review of Puffy's Soufflé Pancake Café:

The Soufflé Pancakes in Original, Milk Tea, and Crème Brulee flavors are quite sweet, though they do capture their intended tastes when all the flavors are combined. The texture of the Soufflé Pancake is soft, which sets it apart. 

I really enjoyed the Classic Pearl Milk Tea and Lychee Carbonated Fruit Tea—they paired nicely with the Soufflé Pancakes.

    Chocolate pancakes offer a delightful fusion of breakfast comfort and indulgent sweetness. One of my favorite and most delicious pancakes. My mother makes the perfect chocolate pancakes for me every morning on the weekend. The rich cocoa flavor harmonizes with the familiar pancake essence, making every bite a moment of pure pleasure. I had the best pancakes ever in martabak manis in Singapore.
