Carmina drinks ginger tea every night after she eats her dinner. The reason why I prefer to drink ginger tea after my meal is to flush out everything I have eaten the next morning it does its purpose.
Ginger tea has always made me fall asleep even though you go to the bathroom in between your sleep it still make me want to sleep afterwards.
Carmina decided to try Super Ginger Tea that she had purchase from Ohweemeeko Online Shop Shopee Philippines PHP 280.00 ($5.60) 20 grams of 20 individual packs.
The only thing you need to do is add boiling water in a mug, pour and stir before drinking the Super Ginger Tea. It is a bit strong for me from other brands I've tried being old spicy ginger with sugar.
