Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Today our menu is beef salpicao and Manang V wanted to make sure it tastes how it is supposed to be I am her tester when it comes to her home cooked meals. This way we are both helping each other before it gets sent out to our family living somewhere else.
Beef Salpicao Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Kilo - Beef tenderloin (cubed)
- 1 Tsp - Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. - Butter
- 3 - Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. - Olive oil
- 2 Tsp - Oyster Sauce
- 1 Tsp - Ground Black Pepper to taste
Marinate Procedure:
- In a bowl combine Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, black pepper with beef tenderloin marinate for one hour place in the refrigerator.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a pot add olive oil, butter when hot add onion with marinated include the sauce cook until meat is tender and ready to serve when hot in a serving plate.
