Pork Asado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Kilos - Pork (slice 2 inches thick)
- 2 - Potatoes (peel and slice)
- 1 - Large Bell Pepper
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 2 - Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Tbsp Whole Peppercorn
- 1 and 1/2 Pouch - Del Monte Tomato Sauce (1 large and 1 small)
- 1 Piece - Calamansi Juice (squeeze and remove seeds)
- 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
- 6 - Pieces Laurel leaf (bay leaf)
- Cooking Oil
Marinate Pork
- In a bowl add soy sauce, calamansi juice, tomato sauce, whole peppercorn mixes together and add sliced pork for one hour.
Cooking Instructions
- In a pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic and onion sauté add marinated pork with laurel leaf add potatoes and bell pepper cook until meat is tender.
- Ready to serve in a serving plate.
