Did you know there is a meat slicer for canned goods? There are some people who would like perfect slices when cooking a meal. Those who are in a hurry Carmina found something quick and easy to use. Carmina found a luncheon stainless meat slicer something similar with an egg slicer. Carmina made her purchase from Rose Underwear Shop Online Shopee for 80.00 pesos ($1.40) not including shipping and handling. All you need is remove the luncheon meat from the can and place it on top making sure the slicer is open by moving the blade up. Close the lid which is the stainless-steel blade slice the luncheon meat. It is easier if you're using both hands however were able to do it using one hand while taking the video. NOT SPONSORED. Pork Asado Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 Kilos - Pork (slice 2 inches thick)
- 2 - Potatoes (peel and slice)
- 1 - Large Bell Pepper
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 2 - Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 - Tbsp Whole Peppercorn
- 1 and 1/2 Pouch - Del Monte Tomato Sauce (1 large and 1 small)
- 1 Piece - Calamansi Juice (squeeze and remove seeds)
- 2 Tbsp - Soy Sauce
- 6 - Pieces Laurel leaf (bay leaf)
- Cooking Oil
Marinate Pork
- In a bowl add soy sauce, calamansi juice, tomato sauce, whole peppercorn mixes together and add sliced pork for one hour.
Cooking Instructions
- In a pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic and onion sauté add marinated pork with laurel leaf add potatoes and bell pepper cook until meat is tender.
- Ready to serve in a serving plate.
