Why not eat your dried fish cooked with some upo than eating it plain?
Manang V likes to explore with her cooking by adding other than shrimp or pork to her upo dish by adding dried daing in recipe where you don't need to add any seasoning because the fish is already salty.
If you have no seasoning in your home no problem because this dish is not needed you can just cook it as it is.
Dried Daing with Upo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 - Pieces Dried daing
- 2 - Pieces Upo (peel, remove seeds and slice cubes)
- 2 - Ripe Tomato (chopped)
- 1 - Onion (chopped)
- 4 - Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1 - Cup Water
Note:
The upo makes it own water when being cooked on its own.
Cooking Instructions:
- In a medium pot pour small amount of cooking oil when hot add garlic, onion, and tomato saute than add upo, dried daing and water cook until upo is tender.
- Ready to serve in a serving plate.
